Chicago, Illinois - illuma, a leader in the rapidly growing world of Enterprise Recruitment Management, announced today the launch of illuma University , a new company-wide leadership education initiative.
illuma University will exist to foster leadership development within the organization teaching a variety of topics including personal and professional development, management, finance and sales. The program will be offered to all employees beginning January 8th, 2007.

illuma University will be offered in the company's Chicago headquarters, and will be taught by the executive management team. The program aims to cultivate a leadership mindset at the company, and will eventually cover a wide range of course topics.
