An exclusive five-year partnership, illuma will build and manage the full-spectrum of Zorch's internal recruiting operations, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, assessment, vendor management and employee on-boarding. Additionally, illuma will customize and implement an Applicant Tracking/Human Resource Information System for Zorch that will ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
